Nothing like 30mph winds to keep a bi-plane up in the air. While most decided the day was unflightworthy, Scott showed that all you need is the desire and you can fly in any type of weather. The plane, at times, resembled more of a kite getting blown around than it did an airplane. Nevertheless, Scott spot landed it in about 6 inches in the middle of the runway.
